About Life Lifters Health
At Life Lifters Health, it is our mission to promote health and wellness by prioritizing the individual and their unique needs for elevating life to its true potential. We strive to support the roles identified by the individual as a driving force to achieve overall well-being.

Our vision is to revolutionize health, wellness and preventative care in the NYC Metro Area with a focus on impacting and changing lives everyday.
Jacklyn Iannitti, MS, OTR/L
Jacklyn created Life LIfters Health Occupational Therapy in collaboration with her husband Matthew after realizing there is a gap in therapeutic quality for those receiving therapy services. A majority of focus is on symptoms/symptom management and after-the-fact diagnosis rather than prevention and overall wellness. As a clinician, Jacklyn wants to focus on quality over quantity for each individual to achieve their own stated health and wellness goal.
Jacklyn has been a practicing Occupational Therapist since 2015 with experience in a variety of settings including: subacute rehabilitation, acute care, in-patient rehabilitation and home health. She has worked with the pediatric population all the way to geriatric and finds joy working with those of all ages. After her pregnancies, Jacklyn grew immense interest in support for women during pregnancy and postpartum.

Matthew Rosenboom, MS, OTR/L
Matthew Rosenboom is a licensed Occupational Therapist from New York. He has been a practicing Occupational Therapist since 2015 and has experience in adult inpatient acute care, adult subacute rehabilitation and adult and pediatric homecare.
While working at his current position in adult acute care, Matthew observed that many of his patients were lacking the skills and knowledge needed to manage their chronic conditions. He understood that if these patients gained a better understanding of how to manage overall health and health conditions, they could have possibly prevented a hospital admission.
